passion vs necessities

Hmm.. passion vs necessities. Or maybe I'd rather say 'passion' as in zeal for something you'd love to pursue or do. And as for needs, some thing that you have to have in order to survive your daily life; examples include food, clothing and shelter. What if you're given these two choices to choose? Well, let me give you an example.

After long awaited time, you're finally been offered for your dream career, BUT they offered you less than what you expected. Moreover, the offer is far less than your current job payment; the job that which you dragged yourself everyday to the office. More info, the career is in the metro city of K*L while the job is in one of the north state in the nation.

Will you sacrifice the offer which mean you did not take up your passion or will you sacrifice your necessities which mean you take the offer and bare with the consequences of putting your expenses for only on the very very important things?

And the good side will be after a year, you'll be given double to triple the salary that you're offered now. For a year before that you're more or less will be in a probation period I would say. So, what say you?
